Thabeetha Centre
Thabeetha Center an old age home for the poor started functioning on 15th Aug 2006. The old age home has been started under the Cathedral Charity service scheme. H G Mor Aprem Mathews metropolitan inaugurated the functioning of the center. From the same day onwards inmates have been admitted and the staff took charge of the center.
Presently the center has 28 inmates who are frequently visited by the members of the parish and the well being of the inmates is being looked after by the Cathedral administration and Kudumba Units. Humbly submitting before lord almighty we work for the betterment of the center.

St. George Medical Mission Hospital & Clinical Laboratory.
Established in 1991 St. George Medical Mission Hospital and Laboratory is situated at Karingachira. The hospital provides medical aid to people and discount rates. Every month a free Cardiac health camp is conducted by Dr. George Erally. The hospital also conducts free eye camp, blood donation camps etc every year. The hospital is also equipped with a computerized medical laboratory.

St. George Public Library
Established in 1983 the St. George Public Library has been part of the social and cultural fabric of Tripunithura, and surrounding communities. It seeks to inform, educate, entertain, and culturally enrich the entire community by providing books and other library materials and facilities. The Library is the oldest Public library in Tripuithura, which was open to the public from its very inception. It was started by a number of public spirited persons The library has a wide range of books featuring fiction and non fiction, Philosophy, Art, Culture, Self help, Religion, History, Economics, Business, Cookery, Children and popular Classics with a total number of 6000 books.
The Library is also equipped with a Broadband internet service exclusively for its members.
